Profiling & Badges

What are badges?

Profile badges are inspired by actual discord badges they are given on specific events. For obtaining information of all badges, read Badges page.

X badge randomly disappeared from my profile. Why?

We have automated system to check for badge updates, Most probably our system detected an event that disqualifies you for that badge, that's why it disappeared. For example, Server Owner badge is removed when the user deletes the server or transfer the ownership. If you think this is a mistake, contact us on the discord support server.

My profile has literally no badge why?

This is a bug where your badges aren't visible on the profile, We are working on a fix for that in the meantime, you can join the support server and ask a support agent to add that badge to you.

I contacted support to add the badge on my profile but it isn't here after 24 hours

It takes time for us to verify if you really qualify for that specific badge, If you don't get the badge within 1 week or don't get any notification about it, please contact support.

Applications

I often run into a situation where I can't use `accept` command on an applicant.

This happens when an applicant uses the unsend command. unsend command deletes the application but often it doesn't. It is due to how the Discord API works.

When I close an application, Can any one apply for it?
