I can't accept or reject a suggestion? Why?

If the suggestion is too old (more then 3-4 weeks), The commands don't work.

How many suggestions channels can I have?

As many as you want.

What does `suggestions disable` command do?

It temporarily disables a suggestion channel, Note that you can enable anytime using suggestions enable command.
